Order Cancellation:

Once you place the order, the order can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order but only if a proper reason is stated for the same. You can send your reason for cancellation on whatsapp number on the site or our email id: quirkydoo2021@gmail.com

We will reimburse you the amount, once the reason has been accepted for order cancellation

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

If the goods have been dispatched before the order cancellation, the customer will receive a deduction of the amount of the logistics cost to get the goods delivered back to us.

If the customer couriers the package back using his own courier medium, We shall reimburse the entire amount, once we have received the parcel & conducted a check on the goods received.

Exchange Policy:

We have a 7-day exchange policy. Exchanges can be done only on size.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods: Reverse Pickup Facility

We have a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes. For ping codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s). We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
